Science Camp

Outdoor Education Camp is an enrichment opportunity that is offered to fourth and fifth grade students each academic year. During this time students that attend, visit a camping facility located near the Columbus area. Fifth grade students attend for a full week, while fourth grade students attend for three days. During their time at camp students participate in various activities. These activities include hands-on outdoor education classes and community building games that align with our science standards. Classes include outdoor living skills, environmental footprint, erosion and many more. Students also gain a sense of responsibility through lodging and dining hall experiences. Outdoor Education Camp not only allows students to bond with one another throughout their time spent at camp, but also with their teachers. Overall this opportunity will be remembered by all for years to come!
