Thank you to everyone that came out to support our Fall sport teams this year. We had growth this year and our Fall sports teams accomplished a lot. We had three first-team All-Conference players in soccer, one first-team All-Conference player in volleyball, and two honorable-mention players in volleyball and soccer. It seems hard to believe that we have concluded our Fall season and moving into Winter sports of basketball, cheerleading and bowling.
OHSAA Mandatory Winter Sports Parent and Player Meeting—Thursday, November 3, 2022
At least one parent and player must attend. This is a great opportunity to meet the Athletic Director and Coaches. A deposit of 50% ($75.00) towards sports participation fees are due at the OHSAA meeting, and the balance is due on 12/5/22. A student may not be allowed to participate until deposit is paid.
Please remember to have all paperwork completed, signed, and turned in to the Athletic Office before or by November 10. This should include a current player physical (OHSAA form only) and PRIVIT account set up. A student cannot play in an official game or scrimmage until these items are submitted and PRIVIT account is set up.
The Winter season is often very busy and offers many volunteer opportunities. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact my office. We often need volunteers to help with admissions, scoreboard, scorebook, and concessions.
Team tryouts have been conducted and teams have been formed. If you have any questions, please contact the Athletic Director with any questions.
Our parents play an important role in providing support, energy and enthusiasm and we believe athletics play an essential role in the lives of our students. We thank you in advance for all you do for PPA sport programs.
I am particularly dedicated to student personal training and wellness, player engagement, performance progression, and development of both coaches and players. A primary focus is to help prepare students for a lifetime of impact.
