Eagles Winter Athletic Newsletter

As Athletic Director, I would like to welcome you to our 2018/2019 Patriot Preparatory Academy (PPA) Winter Sports season. I look forward to getting to know you as you attend your student’s games.

A successful athletic program includes a positive experience, dedicated coaches, active support from the student body, outstanding leadership from school administrators, and most importantly, a great sense of PRIDE fostered by the entire PPA community. It will be my mission to facilitate all those facets together to create the best athletic programs possible. Athletes: Play Hard, Play Smart, Play Together and dedicate yourself to be the best you can possibly be, most importantly, have FUN! The rewards will stay with you for the rest of your life.

In creating a positive athletic experience, we must understand that both parenting and coaching are extremely difficult jobs. In establishing an understanding of each other’s position, we are better able to understand and accept the actions of those involved in PPA athletics. By being better able to accept the actions of each other, we will provide greater benefit to our athletes.
I am asking all Patriot Preparatory Academy parents to take a positive approach to your child’s upcoming season. Provide a motivational climate prior to, during and after all games. You will be amazed with the results.

The Winter Sports season will officially open this week with a full line-up of teams and over 100 games.

Thank you for your involvement in the life of PPA Athletics! I hope you are excited as we start another Winter season of Patriot Prep athletics. The support and encouragement you provide for your child, his/her team and coach is vital to the success of our sports season. As well, your testimony to our opponents and officials will be a great witness for our school.
